Booking & Pricing
How service calls work, what they cost, and how to book.
Do you really offer same-day appliance repair in Tampa Bay?+
Yes — most weekday jobs booked before 1pm are reached the same day across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando. We dispatch by ZIP and county routing, so a truck is usually already nearby.
How much does a service call cost?+
Our diagnostic fee starts at $89 and is waived when you approve the repair. Built-ins, ice makers, wine coolers and cooktops are $99–$129. We always quote a flat-rate total before any work begins — never time-and-materials surprises.
Do you charge extra for weekends or after-hours?+
No. Same flat rate Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm. We only book Sunday for true emergencies (no cooling, active leak, gas smell).
How do I book a repair?+
Call (727) 555-0199 to talk to a real Tampa Bay dispatcher, or use our online booking form. We confirm a 2-hour arrival window and text the technician's name and photo before they arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, and check. Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you're satisfied with the work.
Can I get a written estimate before approving a repair?+
Always. After diagnosis, the tech provides a written flat-rate quote covering parts, labor, and the 1-year warranty. Nothing is repaired until you sign off.
Repairs & Technicians
Who's coming to your home and what they bring.
Are your technicians factory-trained?+
Every technician is factory-trained on the major brands we service, EPA-608 certified for sealed systems, and fully insured. We service Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele and more.
Do you bring parts with you?+
Our trucks stock the most-failed OEM parts for every appliance we service — control boards, valves, igniters, pumps, sensors and door seals. Roughly 85% of jobs finish on the first visit.
What if you don't have the part on the truck?+
We order OEM the same day from our Tampa parts warehouse. Most return visits happen within 2–3 business days, scheduled to your convenience. No second diagnostic fee.
How long does a typical repair take?+
Most jobs finish in 60–90 minutes including diagnosis, repair, and test. Complex sealed-system or control-board work can take longer — the tech will tell you up front.
Will the tech wear shoe covers and clean up?+
Yes — shoe covers, drop cloths under the appliance, and full cleanup are standard. We treat your home like ours.
Can you diagnose over the phone?+
For some quick fixes (reset, breaker, vent check) we'll happily talk you through it on the phone at no charge. If it's something internal, we'll book the truck.
Warranty & Guarantee
What's covered after we leave.
What's covered by the 1-year warranty?+
Every repair includes a one-year written warranty on parts and labor we installed. If the same failure returns within twelve months, we come back at no charge — no fine print.
Is the diagnostic fee really waived if I approve the repair?+
Yes — 100% of the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair total. You only pay one flat rate, not diagnostic plus labor.
What if a different part fails later?+
Different failure, separate repair. But we always give returning customers priority dispatch and apply a loyalty credit toward the new diagnostic.
Do you honor manufacturer warranties?+
We're an authorized servicer for several major brands and bill the manufacturer directly when your appliance is still in factory warranty. Bring your model and serial when you call.
Service Area
Where we go and how dispatch works.
What cities do you serve?+
Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Spring Hill, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Largo, Seminole, Pinellas Park, Plant City, Apollo Beach, Lutz, Carrollwood, Valrico, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, Trinity, Brooksville and Weeki Wachee.
Do you cover coastal and barrier-island homes?+
Yes — we run daily routes to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, and the Apollo Beach waterfront. Salt-air control-board repair is one of our specialties.
Is there a trip charge for outlying areas?+
No trip charges within our four-county service zone (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando). The flat diagnostic covers travel.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for HOAs and property managers?+
Yes — we work with downtown St. Pete, South Tampa and Clearwater high-rises every week. COIs are issued the same day for property managers, landlords and HOA boards.
Brands & Appliances
What we service — from builder-grade to luxury.
Do you handle high-end and built-in appliances?+
Yes. We're set up for premium and built-in service: Sub-Zero refrigeration and wine, Wolf ranges, Viking and Thermador cooktops, Miele dishwashers and laundry. Coastal salt-air control-board repairs are a daily job.
Which brands do you NOT service?+
We service all major brands. The very small handful we won't touch are commercial-only restaurant equipment and a few discontinued European brands where OEM parts are no longer available — we'll tell you on the phone before booking.
Do you repair gas appliances?+
Yes. All our techs are trained on natural gas and LP ranges, ovens, cooktops and dryers, and we coordinate with TECO and Peoples Gas when a line issue is involved.
Can you repair smart / Wi-Fi connected appliances?+
Yes — Samsung Family Hub, LG ThinQ, GE Profile, Whirlpool Smart, and Bosch Home Connect are all routine for us. Firmware-related faults are usually resolved without parts.
Should I repair or replace an old appliance?+
Rule of thumb: if the repair quote exceeds 50% of replacement cost and the appliance is past two-thirds of its expected lifespan, replace it. We'll tell you straight when that's the right call — even if it costs us the job.
Florida-Specific Questions
Hurricanes, humidity, salt air, and brownouts.
Will hurricane power outages damage my appliances?+
Brownouts and surges are the #1 killer of inverter compressors and control boards in Tampa Bay. We strongly recommend a whole-home surge protector at the panel plus point-of-use protectors on the fridge and washer. Documentation for insurance claims is included free with any storm-damage diagnostic.
Does Florida humidity really affect my appliances?+
Yes — front-load washers grow biofilm fast, dryer vents clog twice as quickly, and refrigerator door seals soften within 5 years near the coast. Annual maintenance prevents most service calls.
Why do my appliances rust near the beach?+
Salt-air corrosion attacks exposed metal and circuit boards. Wiping exterior stainless weekly with a microfiber and dedicated cleaner, plus a board-conformal-coating service we offer on premium fridges, dramatically extends life.
Are you available during hurricane evacuations?+
We stay operational through Tropical Storm conditions and resume same-day service the moment Hillsborough and Pinellas EOCs clear roads. Storm-cleanup week is our busiest of the year — call early.
