Founded in 2014, Tampa Bay Appliance Repair grew from a single truck to a four-county fleet by doing the boring things well: answering the phone, arriving on time, quoting flat, and standing behind every repair in writing.
How we got here.
The Tampa Bay appliance repair market was — and still largely is — dominated by one-truck operations that show up between "morning and afternoon," quote by guess, and disappear when a repair fails three months later. We built Tampa Bay Appliance Repair as the opposite of that: structured dispatch, written quotes, OEM parts, real warranty.
A decade in, we run a multi-truck fleet across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando. Our techs are factory-trained on every major brand — and crucially, on the premium built-ins (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele) that most general-handyman operations refuse to touch. We carry the most-failed OEM parts for every common platform, which is why our first-visit fix rate stays above 85%.

Anyone can call themselves an appliance repairman in Florida — there's no state license for the trade itself. So the bar we hold ourselves to is the one the manufacturers set.
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification — required for any sealed-system refrigeration work. We carry it; most generalists don't.
- Factory training on Samsung, LG, Whirlpool/KitchenAid/Maytag/JennAir, GE/Café/Monogram, Bosch/Thermador, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Miele.
- Fully insured with general liability and workers comp. COIs available for HOA, condo and commercial properties on request.
- Florida business-licensed with active state and county registrations.
