What to expect

How a service call actually goes.

No mystery, no boilerplate. Here's exactly what happens after you call or submit the form.

  1. 01

    Real-person callback within 30 minutes

A Tampa Bay dispatcher (not a call center) confirms your appliance, brand, model and what's failing. Most diagnostics scheduled on the same call.

  2. 02

    Two-hour arrival window

Not 'morning' or 'afternoon' — an actual two-hour window. The tech texts when they're 30 minutes out.

  3. 03

Flat-rate written quote before any work

Diagnostic fee from $89 (waived with repair). You see the all-in price for parts and labor before approving — no time-and-materials surprises.

  4. 04

Repair on the first visit when possible

Most-failed OEM parts ride on the truck. First-visit fix rate above 85%. When a part needs to be ordered, we tell you the timeline up front.

  5. 05

    One-year written warranty

Parts and labor we installed, covered for 12 months. Same failure within the year — we come back at no charge.

Speed up your call

Have these ready when you call.

Five details turn a 10-minute call into a 3-minute one and help us bring the right parts the first time.

  • Brand and model number (inside the door, behind the kick plate, or on a side label)
  • What it's doing wrong, in plain language
  • Approximate age of the appliance
  • Whether it's still under manufacturer warranty
  • Your ZIP code so we can dispatch the closest tech

After-hours & emergency

We answer the phone Mon–Sat 7am–7pm. For after-hours emergencies (active flooding from a dishwasher or washer, gas smell from a range), call your utility for shutoff first, then leave us a message — we triage early-morning emergency calls before the regular schedule starts.

COI & condo properties

For HOA, condo and commercial properties that require a Certificate of Insurance before vendor access, we submit COIs in advance — just mention the property name when you book.
